Researchers at the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering announced that they have designed an on/off switch for use with RFID or NFC credit cards that would leave them unreadable by unauthorized scanners. Read more about this new technology by clicking here.
Until this technology can be perfected and put into wide use, there are current and fairly inexpensive ways to protect your RFID enabled smart cards. A simple shielded badge holder will protect your card data from being skimmed. More information about shielded badge holders can be found on page 22 of the 2012 ID Your World Catalog or by contacting IRIS at info@irisltd.com.
Oh Nas! How exciting! Although I have to admit that if the cuitpre that Marvin posted on his "preview" post, is actually the truck you're going to be using, then I am SO sorry. It looks even more ghetto that the BG Truck!! LOL!
